Dear Common Dog Family;
We are so excited to see all of you and hope you have been well. While we are excited, we have needed to put some protective measures in place due to COVID-19 for the safety of our staff and all of you. We are following the guidelines of the CDC and as such have made changes to our pick-up and drop-off procedures as well as our hours of operation - for now. We hope, like you, things can get back to normal as soon as possible, but until then our new procedures and hours of operation are:
A mask must be worn by all visitors and only 1 family member in the building at a time.
Monday thru Friday 6:30am - 10:30am reopening 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm
All boarding dogs must be dropped of by appointment only and prior to 12 noon.
All dogs utilizing the shuttle bus must make a reservation 48 hours prior.
If you need to pickup or drop off outside of these hours, please send an email directly to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Upon arriving, please only use our FRONT ENTRANCE, the side entrance will be locked, and remain in the front lobby until a staff member is able to help you. Feel free to call our business cell phone 617-716-9530 upon your arrival.
Please take your dogs collar, leash, harness, etc. with you upon leaving and remember to bring it back at pickup. Any dogs boarding with us should only have their own food and medications. We are no longer accepting toys, towels, shirts, blankets, collars, harnesses, leashes, or any other personal belongings.
In an emergency, between the hours of 10:30am and 4:30pm when our lobby will be closed, please call our business cell phone at 617-716-9530.
All daycare packages were frozen, so when we reopen on June 1st, you will have all your days still available.
You must have a credit card on file as we are suspending accepting cash or checks in order to reduce hand to hand contact. If your credit card is expiring, please update this information on our client portal (feel free to call and we can walk you through how to do this).
It has been such a privilege to take care of your furry kids and we SOOO look forward to seeing them all again very soon.
Be well, stay safe…
~ Laura & The Common Dog Pack
