To schedule an interview you must provide us with the dates of the latest vaccinations and bring a paper copy of the vaccinations at the time of the interview. NO interviews will be conducted without proof of vaccinations. All dogs over one year of age must be spayed/neutered. The interview will take approximately one hour so that we can get a good idea of your dogs' personality and temperament.

A $25.00 processing fee is required in order to schedule your interview.
($10/ea. per additional dog)

Upon submission of your request/payment, you will be contacted within 72 hours to set up the interview.
